Let’s rewind for a second, though, because my job-situation definitely was NOT always like this.

STORY TIME: HOW THIS ONLINE BUSINESS THING CHANGED MY LIFE👇

Before I started my business The Centered Life Co, I had over $15k in credit card debt hanging over me. With no savings, no job or freelance design clients to be seen, I couldn’t pay my expenses and time was about to run out— I was about to max out the credit cards 😅

Rather than go back to another soul-sucking 9-to-5, I decided to do something wild that I’d always wanted to try: build a digital product selling some knowledge I thought could help people— some kind of eBook or template or something, maybe— and MAKE. IT. WORK.

There was NO PLAN B, guys, and I was ready to do whatever I needed to turn this into a business fast.

I picked something I knew a lot about that could help others: making myself be productive while managing my ADHD. I poured a bunch of that information into my first product: a digital planner geared towards people with brains like mine, prayed hard that people would love it and started making my very first social media videos marketing it in January of 2023.

Here’s how my FIRST year of sales went after I posted my first video (with zero followers!):

To put it mildly, this turned into the most liberating adventure I’ve ever had.

I was able to become totally debt-free by my seventh month in. I got to start traveling with my husband more than ever before, while my weird little internet-business generated sales quietly in the background. With practice, I got better at making planners and videos, breaking six figures by the end of my first year. We were able to break $200k in 2024 as well, thanks to every single one of you who bought tools and supported my work! Thank you!!!

I am ridiculously grateful that I get to do this work that now brings me abundant income and I get to help lots of people.

Now I’m gonna teach you to do it, too (I mean, you know, if you’re interested— I’m not the boss of you).

That’s totally fine! In Module 1, we’ll talk about how to choose a niche that’s an aligned fit for you, hone in on your internet-people and unearth the perfect product idea to reach that audience.
One-on-one business coaching sessions are not something I currently offer. But if you do have questions on something specific that is not covered in the course material, I will answer it via email to the best of my ability!
Nope! I do recommend it because it helps you build trust with your audience + connect with people more efficiently, but there are many creators who make it work using a faceless approach. The social media strategies I teach in the Digital Product Lab can be applied regardless of whether you choose to show your face or not.
It’s hard to give an exact estimate because it’s different for everyone. It depends on your schedule, speed, and a variety of other factors. But on average, I find most folks are able to create and get their first sale from sharing their new product (it’s typically a smaller one to get started) within 14-30 days if they’re committed to making it work.
Results are not guaranteed because your success is entirely dependent on YOU implementing the course materials. In other words: it only works if you do! 😉
